We would rather lose the enrolment than send a file we do not believe.
New Latitude Education Global is a student recruitment and visa consultancy. We work with a limited number of institutions in six countries so that our advice is worth something.
Why this agency exists.
Most students meet the international education industry at its worst point: an agent paid to fill seats, a shortlist built from whoever pays the highest commission, and a statement of purpose downloaded from a template folder. The visa refusal that follows costs the student a year and their family a great deal of money.
New Latitude was set up to work the other way around. We hold a deliberately small partner network so that a counsellor can actually know the entry requirements, the campus and the assessment officer's expectations. We interview students properly before writing anything in their name. And we tell people when the plan does not work, which loses us enrolments and is the entire point.
What we hold ourselves to
- Every shortlist includes an option we think you will get, not only options we would like you to take
- No statement leaves this office that was not built from an interview with the student
- Fees, commissions and who pays them are disclosed before you sign anything
- If we think an application will fail, we say so in writing
- Your counsellor is a person with a name and a direct line, for the whole file
The people who will handle your file.
Small team by design. You will deal with one of them from the first call to your first semester.

How we get paid.
Worth reading before you talk to any agency, including this one.
When you enrol at an institution in our partner network, that institution pays us a commission. This is the standard model in international education and it is why our service is free to most students. Your tuition is identical whether you come through us or apply alone — institutions do not discount for direct applicants.
The obvious risk in that model is that an agency steers students toward whoever pays most. Three things we do about it:
- Counsellors are not paid a bonus tied to any particular institution
- Every shortlist we hand over states why each option is on it
- You can ask, at any point, what we are paid by an institution on your list and we will tell you
Two services sit outside the commission model and are quoted in writing in advance: applications to institutions we do not represent, and standalone statement work for a file we are not otherwise managing.
We are education agents, not migration agents. Where a matter needs registered migration or legal advice, we refer you to a registered practitioner rather than guessing.
If something goes wrong.
Complaints go to the director, not to the counsellor who handled your file.
Write to the address on our contact page marked for the director. You will get an acknowledgement within two business days and a written response within ten. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, we will point you to the relevant external body in your destination country and we will not obstruct that process.
We publish this because most agencies do not, and because a student who has already spent money deserves somewhere to go.
